About

We established 80Plus with the aim of building a project focused on three things: exploration, high quality freshly roasted coffee & investigation of profiles. And of course, we also wanted to share our love of coffee culture with others.

All of our coffee is roasted with a clear vision of how our coffee should taste. We roast in small batches to maintain control over the roasting process and ensure that our coffees are as fresh as possible. We love the combination of science, creativity and experimentation involved in roasting coffee. We are constantly developing our roast profiles, learning, discovering new favourite coffees.

We believe in transparency and social and ecological sustainability. So, we believe that is basic that everybody working in the coffee production should receive a far payment for their work.
