[wc_accordion_section title=”How to choose the best coffee you will really like?”]

We can not brew a coffee for you at your place, but we can give you all the details and directions to get the cup that you desire.
You can find the descriptions of the flavour profile for each coffee in the shop. This is how you understand if it is more fruity/chocolaty/citrusy etc.
Also pay attention to the choice of the roast, select “espresso” roast for brewing with home espresso machines & moka pot (italiana) and select “filter” roast, if you use french press, aeropress, V60, automatic filter machine, cezve/ibrik (or any other filter or immersion methods to brew). As we don’t do omni roast, we aim to highlight each coffee for the perfect way of preparation, so if you use espresso roast for filter coffee, most likely it will be too chocolaty and bitter for you.

We posted an article with brewing tips and tricks that will help you to step up the game with any of the methods you use at home. Good brew makes a whole lot of difference for the final result. Visit our “journal” section for the articles.

[wc_accordion_section title=”How long does the coffee last in the coffee can?”]

We usually advise to consume the coffee as soon as possible once the coffee can is open.
When the coffee can still hasn’t been opened, it will last fresh for up to 3 months in its perfect consumption conditions, but it will be usable for up to 6 months after roast thanks to the protective packaging that doesn’t let coffee oxidise and lose its sensory characteristics.

Here is our journal article to find out all about our coffee can.
